Psychological treatment and psychodiagnostic assessment

Many expats consider psychological support only after they have tried to manage things on their own for some time. This often includes reading, reflecting, talking with friends, or pushing through difficult periods while focusing on work or practical demands. Psychological care can become relevant when these strategies no longer provide sufficient clarity or relief, when questions about direction, patterns, or emotional responses keep returning, or when stress and strain begin to affect daily functioning or wellbeing. I have lived and worked as an expat in Germany and the Netherlands for over thirteen years. This perspective is integrated into my clinical work and supports treatment that is tailored to your individual situation.
